The two Microsoft Access XP report wizards will fail to create reports, issuing a message to the effect that printer information could not be accessed or that the report cannot be created.

We have found a workaround for this problem. It appears that it only happens when there are printers defined. If you delete all of your printers, either report wizard will create a report or put you into design mode. After you create your report, you won't be able to print your report -- we haven't found a workaround for this yet.
