10 Jul 2003: Effective immediately,  the DOU110 lab has been closed to all students.

It looks like Dougan 110 will be closed for at least a month. This is a  result of flooding under the sub-floor, caused by the Alpine Cold Storage fire.

No lab equipment was damaged but there will be a lot of clean up needed to remove the water and the smoke smell, and to repair the structural damage caused by the standing water.

During this time there may be a need to shut down the servers housed there. We may not be able to give any advanced warning, so try to remember to save your work often.

During this time use please SCI 106 or SCI 108 for all your computing needs.
